Demise by Margery, late the wife of John Prestecote, to John Chuderlegh and Nicholas Coterell of all her estate in her messuages, lands, and tenements in Mornecote within the manor of Nymet Episcopi for the life of the said Margery, rent 26s. 6d. per annum, the leasees to pay half the heriots and one third of the fines due for the premises whenever they happen; [distraint clause] if the rent be in arrears and [clause of re-entry] if it be six weeks in arrears. Given at Mornecote on the 1st of May, 1 Henry V.
